Basketball: if you play it, you already know what a great sport it is, or if you are new to the game (or are just coming back from a little basketball vacation since grade 12), this could be a whole new world of fun for you. Basketball is a fast moving game that involves a lot of variety including shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, defence and much more. The health benefits of basketball are also great, as you burn lots of calories, build up endurance, and improve your coordination.. Our basketball leagues include co-ed 4 on 4, men's 5 on 5 with officials, men's 4 on 4 self officiated, women's 4 on 4 divisions, and women's 5 on 5 officiated divisions.
